The Russell County Middle School Football Lakers defeated Casey County in the annual Homecoming game last night by a score of 36-8.
The RCMS Lakers are now 7-1 on the season.
Before the game, 8th grader Makayla Bennett, who also plays one of the guard spots on the offensive line for the Lakers, was named RCMS Homecoming Queen. She was escorted by Mason Hargrove.
