The race to be the republican nominee for Governor of Kentucky next year got a little larger, as state representative Savannah Maddox announced her bid for Kentucky Governor on Monday.
Maddox currently represents the state’s 61st District in the Kentucky House of Representatives, which includes Grant and Gallatin Counties as well as parts of Boone and Kenton Counties.
She joins Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles, Attorney General Daniel Cameron, and State Auditor Mike Harmon in the race.
