Russell Springs man arrested for stealing automobile

A Russell Springs man was arrested late Friday night for stealing an automobile.

Terry Popplewell, 43, was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with theft of an automobile valued between $1,000 and $10,000.

Popplewell was arrested by Deputy Nathan Bradshaw and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 10 p.m. Friday.
