A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug possession charges by the Department of Fish and Wildlife Sunday night.
39-year-old Paul Beach was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and non-payment of fines.
Beach was arrested by Officer Wayne Wilson with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 8:30 p.m.
