A Russell County grand jury handed down indictments against 17 individuals yesterday.
Those indicted included the following:
- Travis Passmore, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree.
- Zachariah Bunch, of Russell Springs, charged with burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking $1,000 or more, criminal mischief first degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Robert A. Loy, of Russell Springs, charged with driving under the influence first offense and fleeing or evading police first degree.
- Chris Carson, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
- Brian Miller, of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Lakeisha Murrell, of Columbia, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Gregory Robinson, of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended license.
- Cayna Helm, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
- Ronald L. Webb, of Russell Springs, charged with assault fourth degree and strangulation first degree.
- Debora Tandy, of Russell Springs, charged with wanton endangerment first degree and being a persistent felony offender second degree.
- Walter A. Hall Jr., of Russell Springs, charged with unlawful use of a computer or electronic system to induce a minor to engage in prohibited activity.
- Jillian Olson, of New Hampshire, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
- Christopher L. Compton, of Nancy, charged with driving under the influence second offense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
- Michael Ballou, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender first degree.
- Michael Ellison, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree.
- Mary S. Russell, of Liberty, charged with criminal mischief first degree and criminal littering.
- Ernesto Richards Trevino, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree.
