According to the Kentucky Department for Public Health, 10 new COVID cases were reported in Russell County last week.
Russell County’s incidence rate is the 32nd lowest in the state, with a rate of 8 cases per 100,000 population.
More than 8,100 cases were reported statewide last week as the state positivity rate climbed to 10.5 percent.
