Two Clinton County residents have been charged with reckless homicide following the death of an infant last week, according to Z93 Country in Monticello.
Around 2:30 Thursday morning emergency personnel were called to a residence on Harper Drive in Albany where a 3-month-old infant was unresponsive and later pronounced dead.
Haley Harper, age 21, was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center and charged with reckless homicide and criminal abuse. Cody Perrigin, age 25, was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center, and also charged with reckless homicide.
Kentucky State Police Post 15 in Columbia continues their investigation.
