Three COVID cases reported in Russell County last week

The Kentucky Department of Public Health reported just three COVID cases in Russell County last week.

Russell County was among the lowest weekly total of all counties in Kentucky last week.

Neighboring Pulaski County reported 16 cases and Clinton County reported 17 cases.

Russell County’s incidence rate was also among the lowest statewide with 2.4 cases per 100,000 population.

Since the onset of the pandemic, Russell County has reported 86 COVID-related deaths.
