A Russell Springs man was indicted by a Green County Grand Jury recently.
Aaron A. Pickard was indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others greater than $1,000 under $10,000 and criminal mischief first degree, both Class D felonies.
Pickard’s bond was set at $1,000.
