The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Russell Springs residents last night.
Gaven M. Bernard, age 18, was arrested by Deputy Phipps and charged with wanton endangerment second degree and terroristic threatening third degree.
Katlyn Stotts, age 18, was arrested by Deputy Golden and charged with terroristic threatening third degree.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 8 p.m.
