A Russell Springs woman was arrested in neighboring Wayne County late last week, according to Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron.
Melissa A. Roy was taken into custody on a Pulaski County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
She was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
