A survey by the national company “doxoinsights” shows that Russell Springs residents pay quite a bit less than the national average in monthly household bills.
The average amount paid in monthly household bills for Russell Springs residents, according to the survey, was around $1,171 which is 41.4 percent lower than the national average of around $2,000.
The average is lower than many nearby cities, including Columbia, Campbellsville, Somerset, Monticello, and Danville.
Russell Springs residents, on average, pay significantly less than national average in mortgage payments, rent, and auto loans, while paying around the national average in utilities, auto insurance, and cable/satellite.
