Russell County’s COVID incidence rate continues to drop, as Russell County now is at 36th in number of cases per 100,000 population and 7th among the 10 counties in the Lake Cumberland District.
17 new cases were reported in Russell County on Thursday.
The positivity rate has also dropped to 11.2 percent, still slightly higher than the state rate of 10.8 percent.
