Gary R. Marcum, age 64, of Jamestown

Gary R. Marcum, 64, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Sunday, February 27th, at his residence.

Gary was born in Jamestown, KY on May 13, 1957, a son of the late Mary (Murray) and Forrest Marcum.

He was a retired State Highway worker and animal control officer and the husband of Dianna (Gentry) Marcum of Jamestown, KY.

Gary is also survived by
a daughter, Amanda Ruiz, of Russell Springs, KY;
a stepdaughter, Devin Godby, of Russell Springs, KY;
a stepson, Nathan Roy, of Dunnville, KY;
four sisters, Shenna Popplewell, Leca Colorado, Carol Sizemore, Ada Lawson, all of Jamestown, KY.
three brothers, Phillip Marcum, of Jamestown, KY; Michael Marcum, of Russell Springs, KY; Jeffrey Marcum, of Russell Springs, KY;
5 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

His parents preceded him in death.

Funeral Service at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, Jamestown, KY, at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 2nd, with Bro. Wendell Roberts and Bro. Garrett Crawford officiating.

Friends are welcome to visit Wednesday 11:00 AM. until time of service at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.

Pallbearers: Phillip Marcum, Michael Marcum, Jeffrey Marcum, Randy Marcum, Nathan Roy, Lonnie Popplewell, Jr. Kilpatrick, and Richard Luttrell.
