36 new COVID cases were reported in Russell County on Wednesday, according to data from the state.
New case numbers by county from across the Lake Cumberland District were: Pulaski 85, Adair 48, Taylor 41, Green and Wayne 37, Clinton 29, McCreary 26, Casey 25, and Cumberland 19.
In the district, 66 were reported as COVID-19 inpatient, 17 in ICU, and 4 on ventilators according to state data.
