A Jamestown woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Jamestown Police Department.
Heather L. Herd, age 35, was arrested by Officer Lee Smith and charged with possession of marijuana, assault 3rd degree-police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, according to jail records.
Earlier this week, Herd was indicted on the disorderly conduct and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license charges, which stemmed from an incident back in December of last year.
