A Jamestown man was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
According to jail records, Timothy Miller, age 38, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree and criminal mischief third degree.
Miller was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 3 p.m.
