A Russell Springs man was arrested late Tuesday night by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
According to jail records, Charles B. Gaskins, age 35, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct second degree, public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of opiates, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening third degree, menacing, criminal trespassing third degree, and possession of a prescription controlled substance not in the original container.
Gaskins was arrested by Deputy Ron Golden and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center after 10 p.m.
