With Nick Shearer’s tenure as Mayor of Jamestown drawing to a close at the end of the month, Shearer spoke to WJRS News following Thursday night’s city council meeting, where he reflected on accomplishments the city has made over the last seven years and his time as Mayor of Jamestown.
