The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Jamestown man Monday morning.
Zachary Mann, age 20, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking more than $1,000, burglary second degree, and being a fugitive from another state.
Mann was arrested by Deputy Dustin Bunch and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 1:23 a.m. Monday.
