A Columbia man was arrested by Russell Springs Police on Thursday.
According to jail records, 50-year-old Billy Philpott was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Philpott was arrested by Sergeant Matt Parrish of the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 3:25 p.m. Thursday.
