A Russell Springs man was arrested on Sunday by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
Nicklas Allen Kelsay, age 21, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief third degree, disorderly conduct second degree, menacing, terroristic threatening third degree, resisting arrest, and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Kelsay was arrested by Deputy Corey Meyer and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8 a.m. Sunday.
