A Russell Springs man was arrested by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife on multiple charges early Tuesday morning.
Pamela Johnson, age 31, was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol and disorderly conduct, first degree.
She was arrested by Officer Wayne Wilson with Kentucky Fish and Wildlife and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
