The Russell County Middle School Lady Lakers basketball team defeated Casey County on Thursday.
The 7th grade team won 40-17, with Addy Abrell scoring 15 points.
The 8th grade team won 56-37 with Aniyah Coffey scoring 19 points, Camdin Cooper scoring 17, and Carigann Carpenter scoring 11 points.
