A Columbia man was arrested by Kentucky State Police in Russell County Wednesday afternoon.
According to jail records, Allan Burton, age 20, was arrested by KSP and charged with possession of an unspecified drug, disorderly conduct, operating on a suspended or revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper equipment.
He was arrested by Trooper Begley from KSP Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after noon on Wednesday.
