Arson arrest made in Triple Crown Outfitters fire

Kentucky State Police arrested two individuals following a 7-month investigation into a fire at Triple Crown Outfitters Lodge in Jamestown.

The fire occurred in February and has since been under investigation due to suspicious circumstances.

KSP arrested Sarah Turner Lykins, age 33 of Jamestown, and Richard Carlisle, 41, of Owensboro on Wednesday.

Lykins is charged with second-degree arson. Carlisle is charged with complicity to arson second degree.

Both were lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. This investigation was conducted by Detective Terry Scott.
