More than 30 indicted by grand jury

More than 30 individuals were indicted by a Russell County Grand Jury on Tuesday. Those indicted included the following: 

  • Jeffrey Newland of Stephens Lane in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Nathan Stargel, of Coomer Road in Russell Springs, charged with arson second degree. 
  • Jay D. Faulkner of Meyers Road in Nancy and Jeffrey Milburn of Lakeway Drive in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Milburn also indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, insufficient headlamps, no brake lights, driving under the influence, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Michael D. Foster of Highway 92 in Russell Springs, charged with five counts of rape first degree, five counts of incest, and one count of strangulation. 
  • James Todd of Highway 698 in Hustonville, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Brenda Hammond, of Blankenship Road in Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Gary S. Robertson, of Russell Springs, charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct second degree, two counts of assault third degree, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Kenneth Justin Dyer of Loveless Road in Russell Springs, charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in marijuana. 
  • Dakota Sullivan of New Concord Road in Columbia, charged with three counts of theft of a firearm, theft by unlawful taking over $1000, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Matthew Burton of East Highway 80 in Russell Springs, charged with theft by unlawful taking over $1000 and criminal mischief third degree. Also indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property over $1000.
  • Anthony Ford of East Apple Lane in Jamestown charged with receiving stolen property over $1000. 
  • Brian A. Reynolds of North Friendship Drive in Columbus, Indiana, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree. 
  • Christopher Woodall of Allen Street in Albany, charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Timothy S. Miller of Whicker Drive in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence second offense, operating on a suspended license, and being a persistent felony offender second degree. 
  • Trevor A. Johnson of Creelbsoro Road in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and driving under the influence second offense. 
  • Adam Swindoll of Highway 379 in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Minnie Peterson of Bluebird Drive in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Hannah R. Dabney of Fair Oaks Drive in Jamestown, charged with failure to produce insurance card, no insurance, possession of methamphetamine, illegal possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Timothy Mullins of Clay City, charged with trafficking in fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Jeremy VanFleet of Wilson Street in Russell Springs, charged with improper registration plate, no insurance, operating on a suspended license, possessing a license with revoked privileges, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Christopher Eastham and Brittany Guidry of Maple Street in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of anabolic steroids, and possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree. 
  • Jaedee Warner of Wooldridge School Road in Jamestown, charged with possession of hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • April Weston of Decatur Road in Dunnville, charged with possession of hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Karen Mann, of Half Acre Road in Jamestown, charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, exploitation of an adult, and being a persistent felony offender. 
  • Gregory S. Muthig and Brittany N. Redmon, of First Street in Russell Springs, charged with criminal abuse first degree. 
  • Onza Wilson of East Highway 80 in Russell Springs, charged with receiving stolen property $1000 or more, theft by deception $1000 or more, and bail jumping first degree. 
  • Matthew O. Richards of Maple Street in Russell Springs, charged with secual abuse first degree. 
  • Tony D. Russell of Valley Drive in Jamestown and Deborah Russell of Clear Springs Road in Russell Springs, charged with receiving stolen property $1000 or more. 
  • Krista Meece of Crowe Street in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a DUI-suspended license, and failure to produce insurance card. 
  • Christopher Woodall of Allen Street in Albany and Alexis G. Smith of Highway 619 in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Augustus X. Crank of West Steve Wariner Drive in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. 
  • Corey A. Sheppard of West Steve Wariner Drive in Russell Springs and Rebecca Major of Apple Lane in Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Shannon D. Wooten of Nelson Road in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Stephon R. Boyd of Dimple Graves Road in Columbia, on charges of operating on a suspended license, trafficking in marijuana under 8 ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Christina Morgan of Wooldridge Road in Jamestown, charged with failure to wear a seat belt, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Larry V. West, of Barbourville, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
