According to jail records, Bryan Miller, age 33, was arrested by Officer Debra Necessary with the Russell Springs Police Department and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.
Miller was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:30 last night.
