The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Russell Springs man Monday night.
Matthew Burton, age 29, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking more than $1000 and criminal mischief third degree, along with a bench warrant.
He was arrested by Deputy Phipps and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 7:45 p.m.
