The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Russell Springs man Monday evening at around 5 p.m.
Justin M. Weddle, age 36, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief third degree and indecent exposure, first degree.
Weddle was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
