A program at the Russell County Public Library this morning targeted at teens will tackle the issue of bullying.
The Tough Teen Topics program takes place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Russell County Public Library.
The program describes its purpose as learning how to tackle tough topics with facts and information provided by Marlene Taylor and Dr. Lynda Wilkerson on behalf of Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency Inc. and Lake Cumberland Area Response to Opioids in Rural Communities Consortium.
