A Russell Springs man was arrested on Saturday by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
Jeffrey Newland, age 35, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin.
Newland was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center. He was arrested by Deputy Nathan Ginn of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
