Updated data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control show that more than 4,000 Russell County citizens have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
That equates to about 22.7 percent of the county’s population.
Nearly 54 percent of the county’s population that is age 65 or older has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
