Snow Chances Today Through the Weekend

Good Friday, everyone and welcome to the end of the work week! We are watching our system coming into the area that is bringing a cold rain through the region this morning, but that should change late this afternoon and into the overnight hours to snow. First let’s get the forecast for today…

We are watching for snow to begin tonight with scattered chances through the weekend. Let’s check out the latest future radar…

This is the latest future radar and it runs from today all the way through Sunday. You can see multiple waves of snow showers moving through the region from that low pressure area coming into the area. So how much could we see? Here’s my updated call for snowfall…

Based off the latest run of the models this is what I am thinking we will have when all is set and done for the weekend. As I always say things could change so be sure and keep that in mind, and if there is a sharp change I will post updates as necessary. Have a wonderful weekend and stay safe.
