A Russell Springs man was arrested on theft charges Wednesday night.
Russell Springs Police arrested 35-year-old James Davis and charged him with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief third degree.
Davis was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
