Rain Moves in Saturday, Snow Possible Sunday Night

Good morning and happy Friday everybody. The weather yesterday was cold but it sure was a beautiful day in the Lake Cumberland region. Our weather stays the same today with sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures, but it will still be cool outside. I will have your three day outlook coming up at the end of this post. Saturday starts out dry and then rain will begin to come into the area starting Saturday afternoon and really increasing Saturday night. Here’s the future radar…

If you watch closely you can see Sunday night into Monday morning on the backside of this system there is some snow that develops and moves through the region. Now, I can’t say for certain how much could fall, but here’s what the NAM is thinking right now in terms of accumulations…
