The Russell County Lady Lakers and Laker boys will open their basketball seasons on Tuesday night.
Both teams will host Taylor County at Laker gym. The girls game will get underway at 5:30, with the boys game to follow. Attendance at Laker gym will be limited to four persons per participant in compliance with guidelines established by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association.
Play by play coverage of both games can be heard on Laker Country 1049 WJRS with Jeff Hoover. Pregame activities on the radio will get underway around 5:10 Tuesday afternoon.
