Bobby David Brockman, age 69, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born on April 22, 1951, in Russell County, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Evert and Oma Marie Bolin Brockman. David was a former bus driver. He enjoyed music and playing various musical instruments.
Survivors include one son, David Brockman; one daughter, Dawn Brockman; four grandchildren; one sister, Marie Pittman; one brother, James Brockman; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Scales Brockman; one daughter, Rebecca Martinez; and two brothers, Carlus Brockman and Harlus Brockman.
Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home with Brother Phillip Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings are required.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Bernard Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
