Richard Lee James, age 62, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Russell County, Kentucky as the result of a tractor accident. Mr. James was the son of Raymond Edward and the late Marjorie (Collins) James.

He is survived by his wife, Gretchen James of Wilmington, Ohio; step-mother, Barbara James of Russell Springs, Kentucky; a son, Randy Lee (& Adrian) James of Kettering, Ohio; and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. The Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home in Wilmington, Ohio. Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky is honored to be in charge of the local arrangements.
