South Kentucky RECC reported a power outage in the Eli and Salem communities Sunday night, leaving about 800 customers without power.
Crews had to change out a pole in the area to restore electricity to the affected customers. Those affected were without power for 5+ hours.
The Eli Volunteer Fire Department assisted RECC with the replacement of the pole.
