Good Tuesday morning, everyone. Hope your Monday was better than the weather was, it was a dreary day with cool temperatures, cloud and a light drizzle throughout most of the day yesterday. Today, we can expect some clouds with some sunshine especially later in the day, our high temperatures today will be around 65 . We will see some changes tomorrow, as a system comes in, couple that with a tropical system coming inland and we are going to be in store for some ugly weather through Friday morning. You can see that rainfall will be coming in from the South and West tomorrow and it appears as if we will have rain chances all day with the rain heavy at times along with winds that could gust at times to 30 or 40mph on Thursday.
There’s a check of rainfall rates through Thursday, it certainly appears as if Western Kentucky is going to get the biggest amount of rain along with some flooding issues. Here locally I think we can expect anywhere from 1-2 inches of rainfall with some possible higher amounts in low lying areas. We will continue to keep up with everything and update you as necessary.
