Russell County had no news cases of the Novel Coronavirus over the weekend according to Gary Robertson, County Judge-Executive. There is just one active case in the county that is on home self-isolation.
Neighboring Adair County also reported no new cases over the weekend, but unfortunately reported two additional deaths on Saturday, both residents of Summit Manor Nursing Home. Adair now has 17 active cases with 14 on home or Summit Manor Isolation and three in area hospitals.

- Casey, Clinton, Green, and McCreary County all have no active cases at the moment.
There have been a total of 177 cases in the Lake Cumberland Area with 18 deaths.
