Artist Rancel Walters, age 76, of Russell Springs, passed away Saturday, May 23rd, 2020 at his residence.
He is survived by:

One Sister
- Diana Gurley of Somerset
One Brother
- Eldaray Walters of Russell Springs
Three grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survives.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon Thursday after which a private funeral service will be held for the family. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs is in charge of the arrangements.
