According to reports, 25-year-old Alicen Garrett of Lebanon, Tennessee was arrested by Deputy Cooper of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense Methamphetamine.
Garrett was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 8:00 pm Tuesday evening.
