RS Man Arrested on Assault Charges

Officer West with the Russell Springs Police Department arrested 25-year-old Jesus Morales and charged him with Assault, 4^th Degree minor injury.

Morales was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 3:00 pm Monday afternoon.
