According to reports, 65-year-old Kenny Robertson of Russell Springs was charged with possession of a controlled substance, first degree first offense; possession of a controlled substance, third degree; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
Robertson was arrested by Trooper Harper of the Kentucky State Police.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 7:30 last evening.
