The Russell Springs Police Department arrested four individuals last evening on theft charges.
Angel Bishop, 18, Rosa Cruz, 23, Tomas Cruz, 21, and Trevor Johnson, age 22 were all charged with theft by unlawful or disposition auto $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000.
All were arrested by Officer Matt Parrish and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
