According to information obtained by WJRS News, 31-year-old Justus Ramsey of Jamestown was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, first-degree first offense, methamphetamine. Ramsey was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
