Senator Max Wise has rescheduled the date and location of his upcoming town hall here in Russell County. The town hall, which was originally supposed to take place earlier this week, will now take place at noon on Tuesday, December 17 in the new Russell County Public Library located at 535 North Main Street in Jamestown.
