Dennis (Denny) Gene Withers, age 68, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at his residence.
He is survived by:

- Ralph Warnock of South Shore
- Christina Warnock of Ohio
Two Sisters
- Sandy Gilliam and Brenda Haws, both of Ohio
Two Brothers
- Jeffrey Jones of Russell Springs
- Michael Withers of South Carolina
Four grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Dennis Withers will be held Saturday, October 5th at 3:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Wilkerson Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation from 12:00 until 3:00 pm Saturday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
